A phone number can only do ONE thing at a time.

You cannot use the same phone number for both incoming calls AND outbound campaigns simultaneously. Purchase separate numbers for each purpose.

🤖 Understanding Agent Types

Novitrac has two types of AI agents. Make sure you create the right type for what you want to do:

📞 Incoming Agent

Used for answering phone calls. This agent picks up when someone calls your number.

📤 Flow Agent

Used for outbound campaigns. This agent follows your visual flow script when calling contacts.

⚠️ Important

Always select the correct agent type when creating an agent. Using the wrong type will cause your setup to fail!
